01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 555qqq. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555qqq ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 555qqq website, mobile application, and all gaming services offered under the 555qqq brand at 555qqq.club.

By registering an account on 555qqq, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any game available through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 555qqq platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 555qqq Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 555qqq.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 555qqq platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 555qqq does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 555qqq or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 555qqq platform for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

555qqq reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 555qqq platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your 555qqq account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• Your 555qqq username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555qqq support immediately at [email protected].
• 555qqq will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 555qqq that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

04 Deposits and Payments

555qqq accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions on the platform are processed through approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No foreign currency transactions are accepted, and no currency conversion fees are applied.

• Deposits are credited to your 555qqq account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 555qqq does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers from unverified sources.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. 555qqq reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time.

05 Withdrawals

555qqq processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts registered in the player's name. Standard withdrawals are processed within 3 to 5 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification and the conditions outlined below.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 555qqq support.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• 555qqq reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may take slightly longer but will be processed as soon as possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

555qqq offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real money funds when placing bets.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 555qqq reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 555qqq determines that a player has abused a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.

07 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on the 555qqq platform — including Crash, Hi-Lo, Egypt Book of Mystery, Volleyball, Shaolin Soccer, Ocean Lord, and Shade Dragon Fishing — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 555qqq, the game provider, or any player.

The Return to Player (RTP) rates published for each game on 555qqq are independently verified and accurate. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in the 555qqq server logs will be used to determine the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 555qqq is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate game software will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555qqq platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the 555qqq platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to 555qqq support immediately.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 555qqq staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

555qqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no deposits can be made.

• 555qqq is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failing during a game round, provided the game result has been correctly recorded on our servers.
• The total liability of 555qqq to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

Either you or 555qqq may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact our support team at [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

555qqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected or suspected.
• A player has been self-excluded and attempts to access the platform during the exclusion period.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to 555qqq.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 555qqq reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned.

13 Changes to Terms

555qqq reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 555qqq will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 555qqq platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
